Two meeting rooms are available for the public’s use:
The Small Room has a capacity of 15 people
The Large Room has a capacity of 100 people
For-profit & private groups & events:
The small room - $15/hour, $90 max.
The large room - $25/hour, $150 max.
No fee, unless admission is charged or other special circumstances.
The library must be notified at least 48 hours in advance if a meeting is cancelled. The room seating must be left as shown on the diagram on the wall in either room. Audio visual equipment is available for a fee. Food and beverages may be served in either room.
The large meeting room contains a grand piano. Individual groups who wish to use the piano must fill out a meeting application. The piano is available for legitimate uses, i.e., not impromptu performances at meetings where its use is not scheduled. The piano may be used by juveniles under 18, with adult supervision. No food or beverages are allowed on the piano surface.

Two private study rooms with capacity up to 4 people are available to the public. Reservations can be made one day in advance for a maximum of 2 hours.
Study room with sound-dampening panels and green-screen wall, as well as a secured laptop for online meeting/appointment user. Capacity of three people. Reservations can be made 30 days in advance by submitting a meeting room reservation form.
Group Study Room
Study room with capacity up to 10 people. Reservations can be made 30 days in advance by submitting a meeting room reservation form.
A coin-operated photocopier is located in the library. Black and white copies are 25 cents each and color copies are 50 cents each. The copier can also scan to email or flash drive. Scanning is free.
We do not have a Fax machine.
